Im trying to install Air Conditioning in my 92 yota pickup v6 manual trans.

Not an AC guy so my only question is can someone please send me a list of everything that is needed so i can order the parts.

The truck came from the factory with no a/c components.

Off the top of my head:

Compressor
Compressor mount for the engine
Condenser
Pulley on the harmonic balancer for the AC compressor (??)
Receiver drier
Evaporator
The box the evaporator fits into.
Thermistor (fits on evaporator)
Expansion valve (fits on evaporator)
Hose from compressor to firewall/evaporator
Hose from compressor to condenser
Hard line from firewall/evaporator to condenser
Probably a bunch of little stuff: screws, bolts, hard lines (at drier)

You might also need the electrical stuff that mounts under the dash.

That is all I can think of off the top of my head. I know on the 22RE we have an idle up valve with a VSV. I have no clue how the 3.slow works.

I would consider getting the parts for a R124a system out of a 1994 truck.

Go pull it all off of a truck that's the same year. It'll make your life a lot easier when it comes to reinstalling it.

Right on i appreciate it!

When doing the swap I would clean out the evap and condenser really good or buy new ones and change over to R134A. I've had good luck with just cleaning out all the parts with brake clean and air when going from r12 to 134 (done it on two truck and both have been running great for over a year) Napa has a bag of O rings you can buy that are compatible woth both IIRC.
