@orikawa is making a really awesome set of aluminum panels in Arizona.

And all the same if you wanted to make door cards out of different material than aluminum or don't want my panels for any reason - I do have Inner Window Belts you'll need to finish off the top of the door since it will be bare. This option is very affordable, high quality, and drop-in for this application.
