The engine/drive train hands down much better... She strolled up a steep incline like a champ where the 3FE would have chugged up the whole way...
the interior design is the worst.... at least my 91 had a bigger center console a deeper storage compartment and a big square place to hold my cups and bottles of water and a real cup holder for a 2nd drink... More vent for A/C and heat... and a better dash configuration overall... The leather seat are fresh and decent, but dang are they squeaky when the 2nd row is folded against the front seats.
I believe the 91 had bigger seats in it also much more comfy than the lexus...
The hood shakes like it is going to come of as the support frame work had deteriorated beyond belief..
Now to do the 9 pin mod and replace the PHH, and pray for no head gasket issue...
