Unfortunately I have already given or sold most of my extra parts. I do need an item though. I bent the craap out of my rear sway bar on John Bull a couple weeks back. I bent it back as much as possible with a torch and big pry bar, but it's still pretty bad. If anyone coming has a rear sway bar they no longer need I could use it. I already removed my front and want to have at least one on my rig for stability. If you are wanting some compensation for it then just shoot me a PM with the amount you want. I'm also still on the hunt for some charcoal gray (not silver) LX cladding pieces so if you have the set let me know. Thanks.

Sean, sounds good to me. What are you thinking?

I thought you may have meant PM. You will have to replace the diff oil, repack the wheel bearings and do the birfs. You could rebuild the lockers actuators, replace the bearings, brakes pad & rotors. A good idea could be to pull the diffs and take them to a reputable shop, unless you have some specialized tool & know how to set back lash. Then do everything else yourself. It's messy, but pretty easy and there are plenty of us who could help.

Nathan

Yikes, that sounds ridiculously fun, I don't have any tools or knowledge for that stuff, besides youtube. :bang:

Attempted to send you a pm, it doesn't look like your account is setup up to receive pm's.

What I wanted to pm was the job is not all that difficult. For the most it's just basic hand tools and can be done in a weekend. the "speciality" tools could be rented or maybe someone could lend them to you. I took the thread on mud and converted it to a word doc. The first time i did it was 10+ years ago on a 85 pickup using a Hayes manual... the LC seemed like it went much smoother. Forward me your email if you'd like a copy.

You've got a deal. I'll send you a pm in a bit.

Hey. It looks like I am out on the lowrance GPS. I am running windows 8 and it appears the map creation software does not support it. Sorry. I am still 100% in for the 02 sensors!!

I see I made the 9th spot but since I have a buddy with his own 80 I will pass up the camp spot and we will just come up for the day on Saturday. We are used to it during snowboard season.

Sent from my iPhone using IH8MUD App

Blue tribal is out or overnight. I am out this morning but will update the list this afternoon.

Received some PayPal funds for a spot but don't know who it is for. So who is related to L. Schmid ?
:)

I wish we can find a bigge space for all of us as the turn out is far bigger than I expected!

How far is the next camp site? If we have 20+ trucks, we might as well get another site? Maybe?

Heartbar is nearby and there are several first come first served campgrounds off of the 38. This was the only group site and the only place we could reserve and ensure enough room for most of the group. I am guessing we will get down to 15 trucks or so as the date gets closer to maybe just parking in the overflow area will work.

Lastly I think we will all need SBNF adventure passes to park. Just an FYI

No sweat, how's $125 and the cup holder sound. PM inbound... Finally

Just wanted to shout out a BIG THANKS to SoCal_80 for taking on the role of M&G Coordinator.

It's a lot of (often thankless) work, and work that almost always gets far more time consuming than originally planned....

So: Thanks For Putting This Together...!

I got your directions, thank you for sharing that. That looks like a heap of work that I've never done before :crybaby:
If anyone is down for it, I can borrow my dad's shop for a day or two. He have air tools and stuff

What happened to your back? Is recovery smooth?
I also work weekends, usually off Thursday and Friday, but I do have some vacays :)
I briefly watched Jonesy YouTube channel on rebuilding the knuckles, looks almost the same.

Hey guys. The "deadline" of yesterday has past so when I get home this evening I will be updating the list. So those that haven't reported they are confirmed and or paid will be dropped to the end of the list. I believe this will open perhaps one vacant spot. Again I will update this evening.

Yup. I haven't paid. Sorry. Again I'm awaiting a HG fix. That's cool if I get dropped. Hopefully there will be that second spot where I can cruise and stay.
