86 turbo Toyota Pickup wiper relay help

Trying to fix my wipers they sometimes work In high speed, i looked behind both kick panels and under the column no relays. im wonder if they realy is built into the wiper motor?

My info straight from oem ewd. I don't see any specific turbo designation.
What does your stalk and wiper motor plug look like?

Do you have intermittent wipers? If so, the relay is where gnob said. Behind the ECU, green box.

Do the wipers run then stop?
Do they "park" properly when you shut them off via the stalk?

yes the wipers run then stop and never park properly

Unplug and clean up the the motor plug.

that plug is really gummend up going to grab sesor cleaner and brush.

cleaned the plug up still nothing. i tested the plug with my multimeter and get voltage just not the motor . do you think that motor is bad?

i replaced the wiper motor its working again thank you
