'85 2H - 198,000 km -----NEW PRICE-----

I have a 2H motor for sale. 198,000km, was originally imported from Germany.

I need the H55F and case for my 12HT.

Truck was well maintained. I have a bunch of records if you are interested.

I just got the vehicle 3 days ago and have been cruising around the yard. The motor sounds really strong, especially in its torque band. I would almost rather get rid of my 12HT so I don't have to do a rebuild on the transmission in another 200,000km.

---------------UPDATE----------------

Had the Compression tested today:

Cyl 1 - 400 psi
Cyl 2 - 405
Cyl 3 - 400
Cyl 4 - 400
Cyl 5 - 405
Cyl 6 - 400

--------------------------------------
You can call the dealership / mechanic if you want.

-----New Price------
Price: $1800CDN OBO
----------------------
Included: Bellhousing / Clutch / Pressure Plate / Flywheel / FSM

Location: Nova Scotia

I can include extras if you need something for your install. I am taking out the transmission this weekend. I will be boxing and crating the motor as well.

interested in mirrors and radiator(if in good condition)

Sorry. Didn't see this, was just checking my messages. I'll give you everything to get it going. 24V so Starter, wiring harness, alternator, any other relays, etc you might need to make it run. Bellhousing / Clutch / FSM are also included. I have it out of the truck and stored. I winterized it with fogging spray, fully sealed all openings, and turn it over every 2 weeks to recoat interior with oil.

Awesome motor. I am just not going to need it in the foreseeable future because my 12HT is mint and low milage. I can also have it painted, but would have to be Caterpillar yellow instead of factory blue.

I would rather see it used then sit.

$1800 everything above

Cheers

Ben

Regarding Freight, couple options:

1) Freight to Virginia is $500 (had a quote done for another fella few month back). NH probably ~$300-400
2) I can drive it to the border @ Callis, Maine for pick-up.
3) I know a few long haul trucks that might do it for cheaper.
