Wow... huge day - thats a ton to get done in one day. Drinking a cold one to your build.

Oooooweee. Lookin' good. When do you think she'll be done?

A beautiful cruiser on the way and his nearest neighbor is a 100 yards away...

I hate you. :D

She's going to be one perfect 60 when done, you sir are a craftsman.

That's funny right there:lol:

Getting close man! Can't wait for the big reveal:popcorn:
Butt

Thanks fellas! It made for a looong day, but it was worth it. Now I just have to block it out, shoot it with another coat of primer, shoot sealer, then base/clear. Just typing it makes me cringe. . . although, sounds like I will have access to a booth pretty soon.

What are you using latex??

Nitrile, why? The epoxy is a bear to get off your hands once it dries.

Use a mask bro! Enjoy that awesome sixty for a few years.;)

I did with the epoxy, but I feel no need with the 2K primer. . . it's goes on so thick that the odor/fumes are very low. Plus, being outside made for excellent ventilation.

Nice Work! Looked like a beautiful day for painting! Keep it up! I wanna see the finished product :)

Im going to paint my cruiser pretty soon got any tips?

Man, I don't even know where to start. . .

You doing a complete strip and paint like I did? or just a scuff and resquirt?

Anticipation

Awesome , and I bet you are just chomping at the bit to get er done!

That's Usually when I do something stupid: so take a deep breath and finish with all your fingers toes lungs etc.

Great build inspirational to us all. :bounce:

Looking fantastic, getting closer to paint. I would just stare at it in awe of the accomplishment. Unbelievable the amount of work you have put into this rig.

Thanks guys, it definitely feels good to be in the first coats of primer.

I started block sanding last night with 180. Finished 2 doors & half of the roof (sorry, no pics). After the first round of block sanding is complete I will spray another coat of 2k and then block sand again with 400/600. I'll try to snap some photos next time I am in the shop. Brandon

Blah..blah..blah..blah...

Quit stalling!! :D

Stalling? What are you talking about? Because of that post, NO PICTURES for the next 3 weeks.

I'm just trying to report the progress.

:frown::crybaby: ... :grinpimp:

You know I'm just jealous. ;) How fine are you planning to block it as far as primer/sealer coat?

[Edit]Can't find/remember the reply.. You're gonna epoxy the door and pannel inners and innner lowers at this point also to keep the rust points good??
