Haven’t been successful figuring out turn signal issue… With no headlights on, everything works as it should. In positions 2 and 3 - day lights and headlights on - the right blinker is steady on. Sometimes it will get a very slow blink, but besides that, it’s steady on. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions on where to start for fixing it?
If you crawl under the rear of your truck and look up at the underside of the body just behind the spare tire, you should see the ground point for the rear lights. It's hard to describe, but it's basically below the center of the tailgate on the underside of the body, facing forward. There should be a few wires terminating there. Try removing the mounting screw and cleaning up the terminals with some emery paper.

The ground for the front signal lights is under the dash and is not exposed to road grime/water/salt in the same way. So I'd start with the rear ground point.

You could also clean the contacts on the lamp assemblies. The idea is to reduce resistance wherever possible so that the flasher gets enough juice to do its job.
