I bought this from a board member for my 94 80, but have gone with ARBs front and rear instead. I never installed it, but was assured it works and it certainly looks clean and ready to go. I believe everything you need is present.

Asking $600 plus shipping.

If interested, please contact me at kwakanut AT gmail.com.
I do not come on the forum too often so you'll get a faster response by emailing me.

Part is located in Philadelphia PA if you're interested in picking it up. I'd be willing to drive a few miles to meet you for a little gas money and a cup of coffee.

Hmm...nary a response. guess these aren't as popular as they once were.

Oh they are popular alright! But the thing is, any buyer is afraid to pay that $600.00 dollars when the actuator is broken down into pieces. You may want to put it back together and do an actual test of the locker to make sure it works, then sell it. GLWS, here's a bump for you.

Taken that far apart, it's going to need some tinkering and adjusting to get it right. It wasn't really meant to be serviced.

Amaurer has a thread on the fj40 forum where he revived one: https://forum.ih8mud.com/40-55-series-tech/270721-elocker-install-40-series-ff-rear.html

Detailed pdf here: https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech/570087-repairing-differential-e-lockers.html

I wouldn't touch it unless it was 100% working. There are no parts available to repair it. That said, if you need any little parts when you're working on it, let me know. I have a little baggie with some parts in it, not sure what.

I've got the axle shaft required to convert to an e-locker if your buyer needs one. $125 shipped. Sorry for the hijack.

It's only the actuator that's broken down? The diff itself is intact, save for the actuator being unbolted from it?

Still available?
