80 Series Land Cruiser *Seat Disassembly

Does anyone have a link to a disassembly thread or video they can share? I literally have searched high and low and have found nothing. Overland Bound did one but the angles are horrible and its at like 5x speed. Haven't found anything on here and just trying to locate a quality thread or video that shows how to take apart. Going to be redoing the covers on mine. Probably will end up filming it but don't want to mess anything else too bad.

What are you disassembling? Year and model and what you are trying to accomplish might help.

Sorry 1996 LX 450 seats. I am recovering them with L Seat covers but I need to swap out the switch pad on the driver side. I found an old set so i have an extra board since one of the pins snapped off so trying to figure how to remove everything on the base correctly without messing up the rails.

This is how I get the clicks! Interestingly enough I got the seats apart... did do a nice little video. Got new covers on them adn plugged in the drivers seat and of course the back rest won't move forward. have to love life at times.
