for those who scratched their heads when they saw the connectors. Here is a little DIY.

Included in the little packets are a 9006 male/female connector. Excuse the iPhone pictures...

For the Male connector you will follow these steps:

1) Twist wire ends nicely (gloves advised) and slide the orange grommets onto the wire (small end towards pin)

2) Slide wire into the pin, the first tabs will crimp onto the protective portion, the middle tabs will crimp onto the bare wire. (*Do not bend the four feet)

3) To insert the pin into the connector the four feet need to be facing inwards. The four feet will interlock with a tab inside the connector.

4)Slide Grommets into the male connector and you are done!


Female connector.

The steps for crimping the wire are the same.

To insert the pin into the connector the pin's tab will need to face inward, a slow push until you hear a audible click.

The retainer simply snaps onto the back of the female connector. And my 9006 tutorial from an iPhone is now complete.

Make sure you confirm the polarity before you insert the pins. They can be removed, but you need a de-pinning tool. Or a small screw driver...

Sorry to be a pest, but can I please get a tracking number? I live in a rural area, and FedEx sometimes has issues with delivering packages to my property. I would like to check the tracking to ensure that it isn't stuck in limbo, as some of my packages have been recently.
