@dbbowen you need to have a sit down with some of the CLC crew at Ramble. Learn who is who and who not to piss off. Not saying we are better than anybody else it's just that our loyalty runs deep here. Just trying to save you some heartache.

Will do. Doesn't sound like a bad idea, I saw on the registry a few of y'all will be there.

Putin has spoken. One more ****up out of you and he's sending the Spetsnaz after you.

Hahah roger that

In the spirit of "80 series tech" (and to change the subject haha) looks like A new radiator is in my future. Who knew that this plastic piece would break when I sat in the engine bay changing belts.

I'm the official Internet a****** so I'm someone you can piss off without Bodean yelling at you. In fact I think he gives free shirts and stuff to people that piss me off.

My fiancé said you were quite the nice guy when she met you... these stories don't add up

They only tolerate me because I have a hot wife

My advice to you is that if you want to be yourself, which is what I suggest, just balance your ramblings with a few pictures of your smoking hot fiancé/wife

OhAnd when the tops of the radiator start turning yellow like that it's usually a good idea to replace them Anyway.

Good call. I was wondering why it was so discolored. It's crazy to have a plastic radiator. The good ole 22re was metal and I sat on it all the time!

Replace the radiator with an earlier 80 series with brass. I did that on my 97 at 130K and it was still going strong when I sold it at 230K+

Thanks for the tip. I saw there was talk about the older brass vs the newer aluminum. Thankfully it's all bolt in. I've had my fair share of fabricating crap. I still can't believe the little hose nipple is plastic on these things!

Might as well read him his Mudranda rights:

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you to heckle you in perpetuity.

If you are not able to produce pictures of your wife/fiancé, Nolen will be happy to provide pictures of your wife from his personal collection for you.

Happens more than you would think. As suggested, order your new radiator to fit a 93 model. Direct bolt in.

Thanks for the help, any of you guys use or have any expierience with silicone hoses? Or just the Toyota ones?
