Nice! Might get around to cleaning and painting my housings and knuckles whenever I do the rebuild. The hammered black I used was OK. I'm interested in seeing how yours turns out

Does anyone know what size the bolts are that hold the rear felts and rubber wipes on the back of the knuckle housing?

I'm not a big trail gear guy, but one product they make that's worth it's weight in gold is their rubber wiper and rock ring kit. It just is 1000x better than the factory felts. While you have it apart I highly suggest you install em.... and they come with new bolts. They're a little longer because the rock rings are thicker. Just don't over torque them

Radiator installed. Only one pic half way through because of dirty hands. Radiator R&R =:banana: job. Keeping your driveway clean and not getting coolant and trans fluid all over yourself.... that's a :banana::banana::banana:

Just an afterthought... did you happen to change the oil pump seal and front crank seal while the radiator was out? It can be done with the rad in place even though Toyota says it can't but it's much easier with it out of the way.

Ah no, I was just trying to get it all back together so I could make it to the ramble this weekend. The oil pump seal and front crank seal need to be replaced bad. They're weeping pretty good. Also the oil pan gasket :/

Are you coming to Ramble? Look me up and I'll give you some tips on how to get it done.

Will do. I was planning on trying to find you guys. My fiancé couldn't get off Friday so we're coming down early Saturday morning. I think I need to do my oil pump and crank gaskets, oil pressure sender, and maybe a few other things and this thing will be squared away. Good call on the stark LEDs. I installed them last night and they are stupid bright. The brights too. I think the PO had slees upgraded harness installed for headlights. And I'm pretty sure he had dual batteries but removed the parts. I keep finding random slee stuff in here

Ok boys and girls,
It is time to go down FML lane.
I noticed that my 4x4labs swing out was binding a little. Then today i needed my hub socket because i am upgrading the brake rotors to slotted rotors and i could not swing the swing out.
So i popped of the dust cap to find this rusty F'd up bearings.

The spindle is pitted but when i put it back together using the other bearings from the other side it worked fine. After 8 years of randomly reminding myself to repack the bearings i finally "remembered".Time flies!
I called Luke at 4x4 labs and he is expressing me a couple of rebuild kits . $25 a pop.
