After a hub stud upgrade went horribly bad I now am in need of a rear hub for an 80. If you have one or know someone who does let me know. Rob 601-665-8588

Was going with 7/16 aircraft grade Allen bolts. The drill press I was using was apparently bent. My 3/8 hole turned into near about 7/16 therefore I was not able cut threads. So I tried one size down to try to account for the slight bend. No go. Needless to say I now have a hub with one 7/16 hole, an almost 3/8 hole that turned out to be crooked and was impossible to tap and 4 5/16ish holes. In hopes of keeping my sanity I will just be upgraded the hub studs like I did on the front before the crawl. After the crawl I will save my pennies and buy another drill press and keep it under lock and key. How in the hell you manage to bend a 3/4" shaft in a drill press is beyond me.

Any 80 owners in here with a bad electric seat cap/gear? Holla at a brotha.

I used one cap from the Gamiviti set, but have since sold the truck.

Had to use the ol 80 to jump a tractor with a dead battery. Running the engine at a high idle to charge the dead rig a bit, I was reminded of a scene from Days of Thunder when I saw water drip, drip, dripping from one of the heater hose pipe! This is not the answer I was looking for from you right before the Opine trip...

Hope to hell it's just a hose and not the heater core but that's not the way my luck usually runs.

Probably. Only worry is that for the last few months I have been catching a faint whiff of coolant every once in a while. No noticeable coolant loss and couldn't find any kind of leak until I spotted this today. No worries, if its a hose I'll fix it and if its the core I'll bypass it for now. I need this time away!
