80 series 1fz not starting

Hi all. I am having issues with my 80 not starting. It cranks but doesn’t fire. So far I have done the following.
New leads and plugs
MAF is opening
I have fuel
Timing at 3tdc
TPS is in spec
Fusible link changes
No fault codes are coming up

I’m running out of options

What year is it? Did you check the fuses?

1993 yep checked all the fuses
And the fuel pump relays

Yeah it does

Does that mean you know you have fuel in your tank? Or does it mean you know you have fuel getting to the engine?

Fuel to the engine. I cracked the return line whilst cranking the motor and fuel was coming out

There is a "Sticky" with a structured approach to crank no start issues. I put it, a fusible link and a couple of relays in the glovebox when I handed the keys to my daughter this summer.

Disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake booster and plug it.

have you checked if you have spark?

SPARK TEST
CHECK THAT SPARK OCCURS
(a) Disconnect the high-tension cords (from the ignition
coil) from the distributor cap.
(b) Hold the end approx. 12.5 mm (0.50 in.) from the body
ground.
(c) Check if spark occurs while engine is being cranked.
HINT: To prevent gasoline from being injected from
injectors during this test, crank the engine for no more
than 1 - 2 seconds at a time.
