Pretty good day. It made its first true road trip for lunch today. Still have work that needs to be done, but getting it out on the road gave the kid some motivation.

Got some filler on the patch for the roof, and installed the 4plus battery tray. Thanks again Dave @lcwizard.

Funny thing before we headed to lunch, I put a couple of gallons of liquid gold into it. While doing a walk around totally forgot the rear plate was still on the rear doors, hence why We returned and placed some zip ties on the spare tire carrier.

The velour upholstery is simply amazing.

Strong work with the kid vibes. Took my (12yo) boy out the other day for driving lessons. Trying to talk him into a 4 year project cruiser…
