Got it back on the road yesterday. Everything works except for my new fuel sending unit. The old one still works so I guess I will swap that later on. Got a lot of comments the past couple of days!! All good LOL. I will drive it with the top off for the short WI summer. This summer sometime I will get all the doors and hardtop put back together. I have been going at this thing nonstop for a while, so I will take a break and just drive and enjoy!

Just an update. I have around 1000 miles on it now. What I did not replace I now have. Brake master started leaking, clutch master and slave leaked, fuel pump leaked and had rear heater core repaired twice. Took it on a 300 mile trip and the tranny or transfer case made some noise, but made it home and has not come back yet. I put a new rear main seal in the 350 and that still leaks so I guess I will live with that. I am going to get a spare tranny and transfer case and rebuild them this winter. I get about 9-10 miles to the gallon with the 350. I have taken it to a few car shows and people love these cruisers. Everywhere time I take this thing out I get at least one thumbs up! I still have the hardtop to put together hopefully get it done by fall.

Looks great. Great job, I enjoyed watching the progress.

Installed the front doors, hardtop and sides. Used racers seals for the hardtop and worked out great. Its not the easiest thing to install. Getting everything lined up and all the crews started takes patience which I don't have much of sometimes! I used Cruiser corps headliner and it turned out ok. This is the first one I have done, but in my opinion the rear corners are not cut and sewn in the right place. I could not get the corners wrinkle free!! It looks a lot better than when I first got this thing. Ambulance doors next. All these seals add up!!!
