'75 frame off...4 years and finally starting

Can't believe that is has been over 10 years since I started this thread. I am now finally getting restarted on the rebuild. Had a little problem with the laser cutter, he lost the file for my parts and I just got around to finding someone else who could cut the parts.
During the 10 years I haven't been sitting around doing nothing. I retired my '84 300 ZX as a race car and took on a '99 supercharged Miata in its place. Had to design and build a new front suspension and add a few other goodies to make it competitive. Then last November I finally found a guy that would finish the body work and paint my Austin Healey 3000. He finished the chassis and we started putting it back together. Here is a before tear down, full tear down and after it was done.
I guess the Healey inspired me to get the frame down from my shop ceiling and get started on it. The frame is awaiting the patch panels and the tub is about to go out be sandblasted to see how much needs to be replaced or repaired.
Hopefully I can add to this thread on a regular basis.

It has been a few more years, My wife passed away so I am trying to finish the cars I don't drive so the Austin Healey is going as soon as they get a new top and tonneau cover on it. I need to finish up the FJ40 and decide if I want to keep it or let it go.
What I am currently working on is the wiring harness. I have it sorted and everything is working. I need a couple of plugs to connect the sections together. At one time I had a source for them and I think I got the lead on this site, but over the years I have lost the information. If anyone has a lead on them I would appreciate some direction. Thanks

Here is an online location I've purchased most of my connectors from: Eastern Beaver

Note: Coolerman has many of the same items as well. Cruiser Wiring

Sorry to hear about your wife’s passing. A lot has happened in 2 pages. Sending good thoughts your way and hoping to see this 40 on the road.
