Does the steering wheel have the 3 screws for the center piece?

Does it have the center emblem? Should orange on a 74. Can't tell if it's there or not.

No emblem and the 3 long skinny screws that hold the center pad were bent so I trashed them.

Crazy question....but would you sell the Plastic Piece and horn button on the left side of the steering wheel?
