Started working on the half doors. Pretty bad dent that oil cans now. Decided to add stiffeners and plug weld them to the skin. Then took the doors and front fenders to sandblast. Tried using stripper on the after market fenders without much luck.

Cut some aluminum 6 degree caster shims and installed them. Now tilting back at 1.4 degrees. Also ordered both of my drive shafts from a place a half mile down the street.

Installed temp wiring to start the engine. Started right up. Lucky with this one. I cut out 4 feet of harness and it still works. After startup discovered a freeze plug leaking. It was under the motor mount. At least it wasn't on the back of the engine. Still talking the body on and off for trial fit up. Bought my paint for the body, U-POL Raptor.

I'll look up the trays tonight. Made for the optima battery.
The drive shafts were $1306 out the door all new parts. The rear is around 18" long

nice shafts, I got mine from Tom Woods - the easiest part of my build. They were perfect out of the box - and I was worried because there was much that could have gone wrong.

Built some U-Bolt Skid plates. Split the tranny cover so I can remove it without removing the seats. Received my Gauges and fitted them to a cardboard template.

Made some 6 degree shims for the rear to point the rear diff up toward the transfer case. Need to fit shock posts to the rear skid plates.

Need to buy Driveshaft bolts, when I was taking it apart I would have put the old ones in the safe had I known they were $6.25 per set (Set = Nut, Bolt, Washer) X 16 = $100. Crazy! Need to dig around for the old ones.
