Get some Robbie Gordon's or Walker Evans......they will get them to you in time.

Tell you what, if you do the mount/dismount when you get down here, I will get the RObbie Gordon's and you can have my TRs.

One other thing, you won't need more than a 1310 in the front. I have been running one since I got my rig 1 ton 5 years ago and have never broken one.

Have Allieds coming....I hope....should be shipping today. Perfect timing, install rims/tires, take in for the exhaust work, load on trailer, off to TX....

per my source:
Gordans - 2 months out
Walkers - b/o to March 1

Allieds will work for now...may even keep them, or keep the Allieds on the IROK's and run the TrailReady's on the PitBulls when they arrive.

Thanks woodrow. I'm gonna show this to Johnson. I told him to s***can his 1350 front stuff :D

How is the angle looking at the axle? I had a 17* at rest, and it would pull the u-bolts out when climbing

front shaft has a working length of about 36", and with the higher-angle minitruck joints I don't see any problems there...long spline too, to address any problems with the shackle reversal "walking" away....

rear shaft is a PERFECT match for a CV minitruck front shaft, swap slips with a Cruiser and bolt it in....just need to adjust links and tip the pinion up.

I had some tiny concerns about the front yoke contacting the tranny/pan....but if it vibrates/moves that much at the front output or between the yoke and the pillow block, I've got other major issues :D

(worst part of this whole damn project will be mounting that pillow block....not looking forward to the welding process.....)

My pillow block is mounted to the skidplate. Made it very easy..

saw that...Lame has his on the frame rail...

I'll wager there isn't room for the block ears tho between the tranny and the frame rail....and either way, since I don't have a skidplate yet, my options may not matter...lol

I used a chunk of 1"x.75x5" and drilled and tapped it for the pillow bearing. I put the shaft in, found out where it would fit, then made some templates to weld the plate in place. Plasma cut some plates, booger welded the crap in, and I have been good to go :D

suhweet....as Jess just said "it'll be a little different, but we'll come up with sumthin..."

story of my life....hehehe

wtf do beadlocks have to do with a th700 install?! :flipoff2:

keep up the great work woody!!!!! :D

don't make me re-re-rename this thread.... :flipoff2:

(rims are required for test driving....well, they make it easier anyways....)

17x9.5" Allied and 39.5x13.5 IROK's bias.....first one aired and done, forgot valve stems for the other 3.....oops...

soap is for sissies....

two pics of the pillow block under construction.... .250 wall DOM tapped for 5/8" fine. 1/4" plate to attach onto the frame. Nicely beveled for good weld penetration....

and two more....one tacked into place, one burned in good....fortunately, the fuel lines in the frame didn't catch fire....hehehe

got the beadlocks assembled/torqued this morning, and 2 hours on the Lemon too....

Good new, it moves on it's own!

Just some minor things left.....rear dif cover/fluid, rear driveshaft, tranny cover, skidplate....and exhaust...it's a bit loud....
