Awesome!

What master will you be running for 3 axles worth of brakes?

Thanks

Dash was picked up. I'll start on the 10" LCD screen surround in a couple days.

Tank was sprayed. I changed to black.... easier to touch up if need be.

Console and extension are mocked up now.

LCD touchscreen plate is designed in CAD. I will get it cut and rough fit tomorrow.

Steering column is pulled and first cleaning is done. Get this reinstalled and I can get the steering shaft modified.

Block off plates for the old ebrake handle, shifter and tcase are made.

Tony will be back tomorrow and will get started finishing out the wiring and testing the AC/heat and cooling system.

Did you end up having to trim the grill or core support much to fit that intercooler? Looks like it fits perfectly in there, do you mind sharing what condenser and intercooler core you used? I was going to put a water to air in mine to avoid chopping a bunch of material out of the grill, but I might rethink that if I can get it looking this clean.

Seth... AKA @TRFarmers sent me a set of their new B-pillar seat belt covers to test fit and take to SEMA 2024. Stellar product and much thicker than the originals. I can twist these and they DO NOT ... SNAP, CRACKLE, POP...!!!

Quality and fit is exemplary as usual with all their products. Highly recommend these for all that need a replacement set. I will be stocking these is black, brown and grey as well.

He also sent D-pillar inners and 60 trim covers for the quarter windows/panels. I have not test fit these but compared them to OEMs I have on hand and they are spot on as well.

Had a big whoops with the radiator. Tony was setting the I/C - Condrnser bracket rivnuts and the radiator dropped down. He didn't notice it and drilled a hole through the radiator. I tried everything I had and even some snake oil muggy weld stuff. NO GO... New radiator was the only fix. I got it to hold 20psi but leaked off after 35 minutes or so.... UGH!!!

FSR to the rescue with a 911 fabrication of a new custom radiator. They even let me make some design mods to help with the tight fit with the 24V Cummins and working them in without hesitation; 4 day turnaround and shipping out today.

@FJ60Cam pulled a few strings and got me to the top of the list. Bill @ FSR and his guys are awesome to work with.

Great customer service as usual from both of these companies.
