Am I missing something or do you climb over the winch to get into the bed ?

I use the winch tray as a step to get into the bed on this one and my other UTE. Andrea has already asked for a drop step to put into the hitch receiver... HA

Man that engine leveler had to been struggling I have the same one I upgraded to one that has slightly finer threads works better under a load.

We set it at full tilt to start... Ha 1100# engine plus transmission was a tad sketchy for a moment or two.

Motor was stripped of all non essential wiring. What a difference to remove the crap not needed and so clean now.

Once the motor and trans is set and mounts are welded in. I'll pull and start breaking down the engine for reseal and new parts.

Maybe next week. Have another 60 series to de-powertrain and get a LS3 assembled for a 62 and get it set next week.

Body dolly made... NO LAUGHING... 27 minutes to build with scrap and some wheels I had laying around.

Will pull the body and get it finished up and painted in the next 2 weeks is the plan.

Bed change coming up.
