Still climbing the trust tree.... More and more remote we go. No issues with some rear locker use today.

Got it already a couple of years, most original paint, roof and hood was dull, still the original stickers.

Found it after it was stored for 11 years, overhauled engine, transmission, new brakes, new carburetor, radiator etc

Curious what's under the hood. Nice ride!

I was without my 60 for about a year and a half, thus no glamor shots recently, but that ended last Thursday. After 9 times through the Rubicon, the sheet metal damage that comes with that, and rust starting to make it's way into the roof and and other places, I decided some radical intervention was needed in order to preserve it for the next generation. As such I took it to @kelly saad for the resto work. If you're interested in that there's a thread here: #25 Silver 147 wheel well widening, bodywork and paint. - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/25-silver-147-wheel-well-widening-bodywork-and-paint.1370824/. After picking it up last week I drove it the ~13 hours from his shop south of Flagstaff back to my home in Northern Nevada. Along the way I pulled onto the shores of Walker Lake for a few shots, along with a profile while stopped for lunch at the Tonopah Brewery. Suffice to say I'm very happy with the work. The wheel well widening project was a challenge. This replaces the cuttoff wheel hack job that went with the migration to 37's and now looks totally factory, with me asking Kelly to replicate the factory sheet metal profile in a wider form. I'm now getting taunts to go to 39's, lol. The metal should last another 40 years now, I hope. Maybe the great-grand kids can learn to drive a stick on it :).
