In Costa Rica for the week and have seen a few cruiser variants. This 60 Series looks like it has seen some things.
I love Costa Rica! I saw a ton of 70 series when I spent some time there about 20 years ago. If I could afford it, my dream adventure would be to buy a diesel 70 series there and drive it home.
I see the all too familiar Cerveza Imperial sign....
Submitted this ole girl for BaT auction today. She's a looker but I've decided I'm more of an 80 guy. Going to sell one of our 200's also and really thin down the herd. 1992 FJ62 (non-USA hence the year)

Tailgate. Body is perfect, it was a survivor that then got a full restore. New paint, nuts, bolts, the whole lot. If I have another one it will be in worse shape so I don't worry about where it is parked.
So clean you can lick the underside!
This one left the shop yesterday. Sad to see it go. It is a really cool build.

Wayland is my go-to mechanic. Known him for 20+ years. He knows these things inside out. However, if you try calling the shop you'll only get through maybe once every 20 tries.
He needs a secretary.
