IIRC, aatlas1x on the board had made some of those up a while back. Don't know if that is something he still currently offers tho. Might try PMing him. He's a regular on the board now.

Yes, the holes are the same size if not a few .001 larger and in the same location.
3-Speed versions take a small machine screw, lock washer and nut. The later version takes a pop rivet.
The remove the rivet simply use a pair snips and cut the back side off and tap it out from the back.
I have a low quanity in stock, here is what I have.
