Can someone confirm if this event is still on?

Per previous feedback, the meet-n-greet was cancelled this year. However, GSMTR is scheduled for 26-31Oct at Windrock. GSMTR is a sanctioned TLCA event so there will be trucks from almost every series and year (rather than just being a 70 series gathering).

Also FYI Due to the late date, registration for GSMTR is full. If you are ok with not getting an event T-shirt and welcome packet, overflow trucks are welcome too. There will be room on the trails for all.

Although our event is indeed billed as a 70 Series gathering, we have always made it clear that owning a 70 Series Land Cruiser wasn’t necessary to attend and as a result have had a variety of Land Cruisers join us.
**2019 was the first year where the 70 Series made up the majority of the Land Cruisers attending.

Charles, No umbridge intended. As you know, I attended a gathering several years ago in my FJ40 and I was welcome.

Also in the line up photo from the 2015 gathering, there were (8) 70 series trucks and (2) 40 series trucks. Later in the day addition vehicles joined up, there was an 80% majority at kickoff. This might not have been a vast majority, but a strong voting block.

Larry, there are days when I struggle to remember what I had for breakfast. As long as our event exist and I have anything to do with planning, every Land Cruiser owner will be welcome.
