It'll be too late the day someone gives me cash for it, until then it's kinda for sale.

Right now I'm leaning toward selling the LV and keeping the SWB, but the right money will change that in a hurry.

It was being built with the idea that John wanted it, but when I got into it more than $10K he backed out. I don't blame him a bit. It got out of hand a little.

Hard tonneau built and installed

Smittybilt console bought and installed

Alpine head unit installed with some crappy speakers. Don't know where I might want to put the radio antenna. I was thinking none until I wanted to listen to car talk this morning.

Installed a second fuse block this morning too, I was getting pretty tired of trying to run new circuits to the old block.

Put a 62 muffler on it because the magnaflow was obnoxious.

Installed good speakers.

It's been running crappy lately so I swapped a known good coil on knowing the coil was probably not the highest quality since the billet distributor loaded with module, cap coil and rotor was about $50.

Didn't make a difference so I pulled the top of te carb. The accel pump cup was not even on the pump. Put a good one in and it runs pretty damn strong now.

Put the top and doors on. Put the door weatherstriping on. Put in some headliner material in too. Looks pretty good. Not as cramped as i thought it might be.

Hot, smelly and loud though.

Looks awesome! Can't wait to see it in person.

Took it wheeling again last weekend. The first rock garden climb I went to shift into 4lo and it wouldn't go. Then it wouldn't go into high. So I tore the seats and center hump out, took the access cover off the t case and found the shift shaft had bent enough the fork was stuck. A little percussive adjustment had it rolling for the rest of the day, but stuck in low.

I pulled the trans yesterday and replaced the shift shaft and the too tall trans mount from a suburban for one from a vette. That got the shift linkage out of the floor and gave me a better fan angle. While the trans was out I swapped out the rear main seal that was leaking too.
Found a leaking output seal and a grooved parking brake drum so I speedi sleeved it while it was apart.
Got the trans back in today. Just gotta throw the seats and console in tomorrow and its back on the road.

Ive had a problem for a while with the brake pedal having too much play and being too close to the throttle, especially given the very tight quarters. I made a new aluminum bushing for the pedal, notched it and bent it to put it more under the column and closer to the floor.

I did make an arched piece on the top side of the floor so the trans hump goes all the way back to the rear cross support. That adds structure to the floor. My cab is shorter than yours. You should have room to do something below from looking at your pics.

nice idea! I like this. Are you making any extra bushings? :-)

Looks awesome!

Fuel sending unit and fuel gauge showed up this morning so I took a different gauge cluster apart to see if my plan to fit sun pro gauges into the old cluster would work.

I think it will work great. I got the idea from looking at tornado's cluster.[/QUOTE]

You wouldnt happen to remember which fuel sender and gauge you put in by chance? I will probably need one.
