Just an FYI: I called Alexandra at Pacolonline today at 11:00am and placed an order. At 4pm, I received a UPS tracking number (just checked and it's already in route). She seemed motivated for my business and friendly to talk to. No spanish required.

They are a little expensive but finding a place that actually makes NEW body parts for our rigs is getting pretty slim. Just trying to give the OP a viable option to choose from. Good luck.

Curious what parts you ordered. Their web site says 45 parts made per order. Expect two months for delivery. Ordering something, paying for it and then hoping it comes two months later is risky. By that time your payment has be processed and gone. Leaving you with limited options if it doesn't show up. Ordering a part and have a tracking number right away leaves you in better position of not losing your money if it doesn't show as expected a few days later. Also a good idea of ordering at the beginning of your credit card billing cycle. That way you can dispute a purchase before the bill even shows up.

I have been waiting for 2 months for her to get back to me on the bed parts I need. She found our what I needed and hasn't contacted me since.

Have to say it but did try Pacolonline and was not to impressed. Kind of left me waiting for an answer to my question, Question was: can you make a 45 box bed, Answer: I think we can but not sure, I will have to get back to you - end, never heard back.
I think I may just go with the old flat steel seems to be much easier.

I have a Pacol FJ40 fender in my garage - and went through the multi-month nonsense and 2 sets of fenders until I found one that sorta fit. My spare is a fender I was too chicken to try to fit - once you cut off the OEM fender, you're sorta committed.

I get the feeling the boys in Columbia manufacturing this stuff simply don't care much about fit. Next time, I'll forge the part from a sheet of steel using my bare hands - it would be less frustrating.

I ordered one of their bezel's. I verified that they had them in stock before placing my order. I'll post up a pic of it when it arrives in case anyone else is interested in getting one.

It sucks that others are having issues getting parts from them. As I said before, it seems that they could do very well if they were better at following through and getting people what they want.

It appears that Timbo FJ45 got a very nice custom made bed from them: https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/fj45-custom-troopy-build.814156/
Perhaps he contacted the folks in Panama directly? Either way, it looks like he got a great bed that was perfect for his application.

Guys, I am importing Zarate parts into the US. check out my site www.landcruiserheaven.com for our catalog. PM me if you have any questions.

If you are no better than Pacol in importing their parts you won't experience much success.

So after waiting 4 weeks for my bed floor to clear customs in Miami and no phone call from Pacol, I called. Only to be told my bed floor was made wrong, again no phone call. So as the vendor was trying to tell me what the problems were with my item, I couldn't here her because of all of the back ground noise and a terrible VOIP connection. When I informed her I could not understand what she was saying, she said she would hang up and call me back when she got outside. I am still waiting for her return call after 5 days. So after 5 months of waiting it appears I'm back at square one.

I would ask for my money back, but there is no other game in town. Which may be part of the problem.

I have access to everything and the supply chain to get it stateside. Check out my offerings at my site www.landcruiserheaven.com

Question is how long will it take to get parts, general rule.

I am shipping a container monthly so its a matter of timing, if you order soon you will get on the next container, late Nov early Dec.

Do you excess to the at least two different styles of floors used in the LWB pickups? My 65 is five pieces plus wheels wells. Believe the later one were fewer pieces with a fifferent rib pattern.?

If you could send me pictures of your bed and I will confirm with the manufacturer.
