Got the run of snorkel parts all punched out yesterday. I have a bunch of sills to punch out and some other parts tomorrow night. I'll be bending some parts Friday night but won't get to the snorkel pieces until Saturday hopefully. Still a lot of work to them after that.... Rolling, welding, grinding and powder... But its a start.

I can't bend anything until I know how many left and how many right anyway. The parts are universal until I bend them. Then they are what they are.

Only one guy has pre-paid (you know who you are) so at this point no one is on the hook. If you'd like to pay now feel free to pm me. We can estimate shipping and square up later. Or just pay for the snorkel etc now and the shipping when its ready to go.

I just took a scroll through the thread and I don't seem to have the pricing posted anywhere other than the first post. I just edited the first post to reflect a small inflation related increase of $20.00 from the old price. Material, powder, welding supplies etc have all gone up in price over the last three years since I started this thread so I am forced to set the price of the snorkel at $245.00. The Top Spin pre-cleaner is $3.00 more at $79.00 and the hose is $7.50/ft. All pricing is in Canadian funds.

If this increase is too much for anyone on the above list and you would like to cancel your order I fully understand. I do hope however that everyone can relate to my increased expenses and understand the price change.

Ok guys, I have finally cleared the workload and will be bending these snorkel parts this week. I will only be setting up the machines once for the whole batch. Therefore I can't leave some flat until someone decides which side they want. I will bend what I know I need and then extrapolate the rest of the batch at the same ratio. Once the parts are bent I will be fast tracking the welding and powder coating to finish the batch. I will only weld firm orders.

BTW....The build quality is incredible....This is a much better product then what Safari offers.

This thing is the definition of quality. For anyone looking to install a snorkel on their 40, this is the one you want. Hopefully Kevin will have enough requests and time to do another run soon. It was well worth the year wait to get this thing!!!!
