Supposed to be meeting the guy in an hour or so. Ill let you know how the transaction goes. Apparently it just needs a new controller. The $50 one is missing a few parts but looks...ok.
The $50 one needs a new spool,motor, cover,and solenoids. Still a good deal? The spool is bent btw.
So is there anything left of the $50 winch? Sounds like you've just built a winch from pieces with that list.

He wont go that low. Guy has a bunch of warn 8000 series/bellview winches too. One or two are fairly complete.
Stay away from the Bellevue winches.

We ground the knuckles and fitted the birfs last night. Got the wiring started for the switches. Putting the knuckles back together tonight. Gotta get this thing finished!
