A few progress pictures. On the road now getting some wheel time in thanks to @orangefj45 for the amazing work and @Racer65 for parts (aftermarket carb is working perfectly).

Thanks. 73 240. Since starting this thread a second kid and large mortgage arrived. Wife suggested a pick the Z or 40. Hindsight (as the story often goes) major regrets in selling the Z car (but it went to an amazing new owner and is currently doing track days in France of all places).

Closing the thread. Passed the baton on this truck to a fellow Mud member and a great new home.
