Those are relay rod ends and you dont have a relay rod anymo ???? That rod is shorter so I assume its the drag link, those ends are not meant for that location, they do not have the movement/range needed.

Exactly
Adopt me.Exactly
Dam CD, I need to have one of the kids show me how to do that![]()
Got it. I only understood what you meant after your last explanation. Thank you ,sir ! , I'll be doing that today. It's much better to do it now than to be hearing this clunk and wonder : "Where the hell is that noise coming from ?"If you still have the front springs out. I would clearance the coil spring pocket at the bottom where it meets the frame.
Post 774 picture # 5 where your guys pinky finger is resting. Lifted rigs with bigger springs are know to rub there causing a clunk when the suspension cycles.
I cut mine back flush with the frame. Just the horizontal part![]()
We realized that and I had them changed. Thanks for pointing it out !Those are relay rod ends and you dont have a relay rod anymo ???? That rod is shorter so I assume its the drag link, those ends are not meant for that location, they do not have the movement/range needed.
I liked the space above the rear doors. It let just enough fresh air in while keeping most of the mosquito fog out! There’s a lot of work to make a 4 door 40, hanging the back doors was one of the hardest things to me. Getting the lines right was next to impossible on my build. Still not right but they work. Until it snows…
We had a 60s Patrol and I had no idea that it was imported from another market. That was a very cool truck. The Nissan Patrol was not imported to the North American market. You do see them here but there Gray market, have to be 25 years or older to import.
You do see them but there rare.
I was way behind on this thread and it looks like you all are making great progress! Even though I am in the US I have had to order 95% of my parts. My local parts store didn’t have fuses or fuel line, not alone other common parts. I probably didn’t have to wait as long for parts so I can imagine that being a real pain. Keep up the great work! I can’t wait to see this Cruiser on the road!!Danm there is no way I'm gonna find that stuff here..... I'm gonna have to order it and wait friking months to get it![]()
My wife disagrees. She’d rather have the mosquitoes.I liked the space above the rear doors. It let just enough fresh air in while keeping most of the mosquito fog out!
I didn’t say anything about the mosquitos themselves. I want less fog. I think that your wife and me are on the same page. She sounds like a smart person. My wife disagrees. She’d rather have the mosquitoes.
She's just saying that..... She should see the Monterey mosquitoes we have fying around here. They're the size of a pigeon..... I'm exaggerating but they are huge . She would not like these things. My wife disagrees. She’d rather have the mosquitoes.
It’s missing some doors.
Don’t worry, fooling with AI is only temporary, building cars is forever.Danm ,Mike..... if i could do that, I would not waste my time building cars![]()
