Hi gang, I have no rear emblem.
Is there any one of you who have access to a scanner for a 3D printing process.
It coulf be interesting to try that.
Does anyone have a experience with that process..

That is exactly what I was thinking. Sharing the files or scans... to print it on demand.
for small pieces. I will try to make a sketchup file for the 4 and toyota to see the result.

So I need a good picture of the pieces with the exact dimensions.

Tatat,

I tried on graph paper.

nice work. that sketch-up is a hoot, huh?

Yes, I used sketchup, much work for a so small piece. I ll post pictures of the final product when it will arrive.

I did a quick model and printed this yesterday. I need to play with the fill percentages and layer thickness, but it's not too bad. Unfortunately, someone had the funky natural material loaded on the machine.

David,

Good job on the emblem. 3D printing still has me amazed. I wish my Grandfather was still around, he could have cast that in aluminum.

I have 4-5 pieces from @ginericLC wife's art. She does an amazing job. Additionally, she can do custom work too, where you can send her a picture of your Cruiser and she will paint it for you. No idea on cost or if she is still doing it, but she has done it previously.

Man, how cool would this be in watercolor?
