Here are the mods I needed for regular driving around in N no rubbing with ahc and 325-65-18 ko2’s on tundra trd wheels:

they spec at 34.6”, but measure out at 33.5” installed

1.5” wheel spacers front and rear
Ahc sensor lift by just sliding the bolts up
Remove wheel well liners and beat back pinch weld in front
Remove washer reservoir protector dri

there is still slight rubbing on the front drivers side bumper when down an incline and slightly stuffed, but the stock bumper is going soon for a welded tube with winch mount. Not sure about full stuffing, but we will see:)

Yes. Yes it can fit 35s stock lol. Why did you go for 315s? Why not 35" 285s?
Are there 285 35" in KO2? the 285/65/18 spec at 32.5, the 285/65/20 are 34.5, 285/75/17 is 33.9 - thats close
turns out most 35" are not really 35 lol

Good gravy that looks awesome. I didn't expect to like the fitment of a 325 and an effective 22mm offset wheel, but I was wrong. That looks great! The kickout of the slider helps blend that extra poke nicely for the rear tire.

Saucy.

It is not necessary to remove the liners. You can leave the washer reservoir shield too.
