Thanks for the pics, well done! Front set at 2"?

Here we are after the BP-51 lift with 2721 rear spring and swapped out to some 18 inch TRD pro wheels, Spidertrax 1.25 spacers with Nitto Ridge Grappler 285/70/18's.View attachment 2761631

With stock wheels.

I actually kinda prefer the look on the stock wheels. It looks great, makes me wish I could lift ours sooner than later.

Yeah, It was a tough call. I like the stock too!

Did you have to remove the front mud flap due to the 1.25 spacer?

Yes, the flaps had to come off. I heated and pushed the inner liner back in front as well.

Finally had a chance to take it out on a hunting trip recently. Amazing ride. Can't believe how well it handled the ruts and rocks!

ICON made a really smart move with the +25offset wheels. I’m running 285/75/17 and have no need for spacers. It appears to be the right balance and I don’t rub anywhere, including the KDSS bar at full lock. I could actually go a bit wider and be fine, which I will when I burn up my set of RG.
Interesting. No need for kdss relocation? What lift are you running? You also running upper control arms?

Before I sold her, it had a stage 6 3.0 ICON lift, cut lower fender liner and did a little body mount chop. I actually ran BFG 35/12.5 r18 with method wheels and it was just grazing the kdss. The 285/75/17 was no problem with my wheel offset.

With +25 offset wheels, its essentially like running stock wheels with 1.25” wheel spacers. KDSS relo usually has more to do with tire width…and he’s not running particularly wide tires.

285/75R17 and 285/70R18 will fit without KDSS or sway bar rubbing on +25 offset wheels if the alignment is set very carefully. Mine used to rub slightly at full lock which would polish the KDSS arm and sway bar on the passenger's side, but my alignment caster is at/above the spec so running it around 3 degrees instead of a more aggressive 3.8+ degrees would likely avoid that.

All 34s will have the normal plastic liner and mud flap rubbing. Doesn't matter the tire offset or lift.

Thanks! No additional weight on it so I believe it was at 10mmView attachment 2858989
Just got my lift put on, our rigs look very similar. Are you 2721 in the rear? I have 2721 and only 5mm preload in the front and am pretty much dead level. I wanted some rake, so I may have to adjust.

Also, what compression and rebound are you running on your shocks? Still trying to get that dialed in.

Here’s how mine turned out. Thanks for the help!

Does anyone use 315/70/17 on car w/o KDSS? I can not find so much info about it. I deleted AHC and installed BP51, at the moment I am at oem rims with 30 mm spacers and 285/70/17 General Grabber AT³. I ordered Sparco Dakar rims 17x8.5J ET25, plan is to fit 315/70/17 which is about 34.4". There is no tires in stock right now and I can change the size in meantime. Worth to mention that I have Rival front bumper and OME UCA

Add me to the list of people running 285/75/17 on a +25 wheel without KDSS issues.

I’ve got a tiny bit of rub on the mud flap screw when the spring is compressed and turning left. I could remove the flaps and it’d be fine.

Anyone running 285/75/17's on Rock Warriors? Any modifications needed/ spacers needed for a KDSS 200? Planning on going this route in the future.

Thanks in advanced!

Aftermarket UCA's work wonders mitigating the issue.

I'm also on 34's now. LT285/75/17 BFG AT KO2. 37psi RCTIP. Evo Corse DakarZero 17x8, ET40. Kings. Dobinsons UCAs. TJM front bumper. Front wheel mudflaps removed.

Since ditching my 35’s a few years ago, I’m on 285/75/17 on Rock Warriors and they are just about perfect. They work without spacers, but I prefer the widened stance, so I run 1.25” all around. Adjusted SPC UCAs help with wheel placement. No issues.

I'm on the same boat @Markuson is, also no issues.
