It's raining and i'm excited to take out my 92 fj80 to do some trail riding in the mud, I would like to know what PSI you guys are running with these tires.

I don't run those tires, but "The Book" says you should be running 40psi Front and Rear for on-road use.

That is, of course, the cold pressure. It will afford you a Load Limit of 2,260 pounds/tire.

i ran 12lbs on my 4runner in the rocks and popped a bead on fj60 steelies. Aired up to 15 and had no more problems. my 4runner is way lighter than your 80 though.
for your truck you should be able to air down somewhere in the teens off the pavement.

Should I go half, 20 psi for off road? I am currently running 34 psi

The rule of thumb I use is to start at half street pressure. If I get in trouble, I could go lower, but it hasn't happened yet.

So for you, 40psi on-road, 20psi off-road sounds like a plan.

I use 20psi on 12.5 similar tire on FJ60 without issue.
