I need to buy a 3-FE engine for my '90 FJ62. My current one threw a rod last weekend. Please let me know if you have one available for purchase. TIA.

Spoke with him yesterday actually. He knows of one in town with 200k. I'm going to try to find one with fewer miles.

Oh no kidding! What's the history of the motor? If it was well taken care of, I might be interested. My engine just ate at 240k. I'd hate to buy that engine and run into the same problem in a few years.

Mine has unknown history but it cranks and shows less than 150k on the odometer. Truck was wrecked when I got it from auction and unable to drive.

did you lose the oil galley plug?

Unfortunetly I don't have a lot of info. I bought it from a guy I know and it's been inside my shop since then, I picked it up several years ago.
