I don't know who would be the best distributor would be, but all4swap out of Russia makes a piggyback module that allows the UZ ECU to work with a manual transmission.

If the ECU doesn’t say 2uz - MT. I think you need to find one that does.

Hey Nasser,

What was the VIN on the VX?

Just from looking around I think you want a computer that was originally in a MT truck as @Well Sorted pointed out earlier.

There are vin look-ups for parts on some websites. I dig into the UZj100 for MT models and came across this part number. You can look to see if you ECU sticker has this part number (there could be more than on ECU for MT)

or plug your VIN in and verify.

Either way, I’m not sure that that will be the ticket and it will work. But I’m looking forward to hearing if it does!

Speeduino!! $170 and runs the 1uzfe. Go mine running a few days ago.

That would be too easy for everyone else on this forum
I don't know if that was tounge-in-cheek, but it was a bewildering amount of info to digest since I've never messed with EFI. And getting it running vs getting it running well is a whole new story.

Has anyone successfully used the Dellow bellhousing to mate the H55F to a 1UZ/ 2UZ? In all the previous threads I’ve found no one has found a suitable clutch/ flywheel.

I've been searching (unsuccessfully) for a flywheel/clutch/pressure plate combo that works, and is strong enough for a 1UZ to H55 combo in a Landcruiser.
I already have the Dellow bellhousing. What a PITA! :bang:

What is your opposition to the OEM flywheel/pressure plate and a custom clutch disc? Nothing complicated or difficult about that at all.

@cruisermatt- no opposition to any solution that may work. Can you elaborate on your OEM solution? If you can help that would be outstanding!👍

Not much more to elaborate on…
OEM UZ flywheel
OEM clutch disc and have the center hub changed to 1.125” 10 spline, or just have completely custom disc made, or just us a GM disc that’s close in OD to the UZ disc
OEM UZ pressure plate

Happy to help with parts supply or just figuring out a disc for you if you want. We do this sort of thing all the time at CruiserMatt’s
