2rz swap

Not sure if this is the right place but here's what I have going on.
2rz swapped a 80struck. Not running right blah blah track it down to bad compression on one cylinder.
I'm having a hell of a time trying to track down parts.
I have not established if it's rings or valves but was marketplace shopping to see if there was a whole motor to just throw at it.

I did find a built 3rz. What would it take to make a harness in place for a 95.5 Dizzy 2rz to slap in a 3rz?
Or drop in a 4.3 turbo stand alone that has a I think 350 on it

I am doing a 01+ 3RZ (coil over plug) in my '87 whenever I can track down a donor vehicle. Have a motor getting built currently but still looking for a donor for the rest of the parts needed for the swap.

I asked the question on the FB groups a couple months back that with me struggling to track down a 3RZ donor vehicle, would a 01+ 2RZ truck give me everything I need and be compatible, and was told yes (I was planning to track down a 3RZ ECU if I end up going this route)

When I went to buy a donor about a year back, when I got there, found out the owner's friend (previous owner) had swapped a 2RZ in its place when the motor went out, which gives me some level of confidence FB people are correct.

2rz and 3rz are pretty much the same engine outside of the block I believe. Just briefly looking at Amayama at part numbers, it shows the same part number for the 2rz and 3rz main engine wiring harness for 1995
