Sometimes the timing marks are hard to see because the flywheel gets rusty.
The easiest way to see them is follow
@NeverGiveUpYota 's advice and remove the flywheel cover as illustrated above.
With the key out of the ignition and the transmission in neutral and all the spark plugs out, slowly spin the flywheel by hand (with gloves) on while looking at the front of the flywheel with a light shining on it.
Turn it enough, and you'll see a thin scribed line. That's Top Dead Center. Paint a thin white line on it, masking it with tape to make it look nice.
Very close to it is the 7° timing mark circle/indent/BB that is used to set the timing of the engine. On my 2F it was a carved out divot, not an actual spherical ball.
You can apply a dab of paint on that too to make it easier to see with a timing light's strobe.
Once the paint is dry and the plugs are back in, hook up the timing light and point it at the timing window as you've done to sync it with the 7° timing ball- not the thin TDC timing line.
To adjust the timing, loosen the distributor lock bolt and turn it until the strobe flashes on the timing ball.
Your camera shutter isn't syncing with the strobe so the video doesn't show whether you've timed it correctly or not
