All three have been repaired now. This quarter is basically ready to go. The other quarter needs work too, so I will deal with that tomorrow.

This side is not only rusty, but dented and beat up above the rust. So, I will make this patch a little taller than the other quarter I already completed.

I just made the lower corner piece.

Looks good. It still needs a little hammer and dolly work but I need a different hammer for the tight radius. All Tig welded.

On the backside of all these panels I will use epoxy primer. Where there are weld seams I will epoxy prime, seam seal the weld then undercoat on top of that. Everywhere there is a contact point of metal to metal, I will use a weld through primer. After everything is done and painted, cavity wax will be sprayed thoroughly, everywhere. I have different length wand extensions for the wax that will reach up to 36".

Gutters next. Two per side but I will weld them together. My brake is only 4' wide.

4' long. Angle looks perfect. Replacing all of them because the other ones were completely wasted.

These look perfect. Angle is correct and the the channel of the gutter sits level/flat. I will weld them together and use the stretcher to get both arcs from front to back, horizontally and vertically.
