The chassis are very similar between 250, 300 and Sequoia, Tundra and Tacoma. According to Sheldon Brown they are only differ in thickness of material. Rear diff are confirmed 9.5" although the exact compatibility are still unknown. 16+ 200 series need carrier change to older one when regearing as currently no aftermarket gear available for 16+ rear diff.

Front e-Locker on 300 series are only available in GR version. Surprisingly a few dealership in US got this part listed as available. Pretty soon we would see a bunch of triple locked Tacoma, Sequoia, GX550 and LC250

I can vouch for that. I have seen the prototype and it is a 9.5inch rear diff.

Its all same architecture. Rear diff are exactly like 300 series and Sequoia.
