2106 Annual Meeting Sat Apr 23rd

Craig Cox will be hosting this years annual meeting at his property.
The address is as follows:

1405 e 203rd Street
Belton, Mo

South from 150 hi way on Holmes Rd, 8 miles. Turn east(left) on 203rd, under the train trestle, 1/2 the way up the hill on the South side(right). There is a bar at the intersection of 203Rd and Holmes that has a bright red roof on it, can't miss it.

Arrival time - 11 AM
Meal time - Noon
Business Meeting - 1 PM
Hot Topic - New Location for our Fall Crawl Event
Socializing - After meeting adjourned till whenever

The meal is a Pot Luck and the Club will be providing Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.

Please bring chairs. Maybe bring camp table if you can.

Please post up regarding the following:
How many guests you are bringing so we have a good head count for main dish?
What you intend to bring so that we can have a variety of sides and desserts?

Oops. I posted too soon. We just heard this week that middle daughter Hannah has made it to the state competition for clarinet. My wife reminded me this morning that it is on the 23rd in Salina, KS. So, unfortunately we won't make it to the meeting this year. Sorry Craig, someone else will have to shave your head.
