Trust me... You'll find other little things you'll happily stash in that little space they leave for the tiny first aid thing... :)

Oh... and see pics above this post...just in case she fears different wheels/tires will make it look too truckish...

Must say: That is one beautiful 200, Markuson. Great all-around build. Love the wheel/tire combo. Definitely want go to a more all-terrain style tire eventually, even with the stock wheels if TRDs aren't available.

Thanks! I'll pass your compliments on to Toyota. :)

Not bad for a 7+ year old Cruiser. I bought it earlier this year with only 48k miles on it. Whoever owned it must have really babied it, as it didn't even have dust in the engine compartment. Just like brand new... Pretty sure it was someone's second or third vehicle that sat in their garage for much of its city life.

I'm just getting started on the build...but the wheels and tires really do change the overall look/feel, and are easy to do. If you can...talk Toyota into swapping out your wheels for Rock Warriors. They probably won't want to...but they are great wheels if you ever decide to build it up. On the other hand, the stock wheels will do pretty well with larger tires too...

Will inquire and see what they say; your roof rack in picture two looks sturdier. Was it augmented?

Oh... Forgot about that other detail. No. It just looks different in that second photo because there are Kayak mounts on there...folded down. I attached them to the cross bars on the stock roof rack...so same rack in both.

Is it normal to second-guess the paint choice as purchase time approaches. Knee-jerk choice was magnetic grey; then started thinking about the Atlanta sun. Looked at blizzard. Read a bunch of stuff online. Looked at silver. Now back on magnetic grey. Does the choice really affect resale/longevity? Will be parked outside during non-office hours for foreseeable future.

I'm gong through the exact same thing, except I'm based in TX. I like Magnetic Gray, but my wife's Audi is a similar color and gets dirty very, very quickly. As mine will likely also sit outside a bit, I settled on a light color. White is attractive, but whit SUVs (especially those with pearled paint jobs) seem to be driven by women in my neck of the woods. So, while a bit dull, I'm going with silver. We had a silver Merc ML years ago that always looked clean - paint did well in the sun. So going with silver again. Having had 2 black cars in the past, that color is out of the question - scratches and rock chips are incredibly noticeable, it's "hot" in hot weather and gets dirty quickly. Not a red or blue color guy.... So, silver it is.

Silver is a great color for temperature and dust-hiding. I drove a 100 series Cruiser that was silver for 13 years and loved it.

This time I bought a Magnetic Grey...and I've been pleasantly surprised with the dust factor. Ya, you can see it...but nothing like darker colors black or blue, etc. Have a look at this Cruisers that have been slopping through the mud and dirt...and also notice nearly all of them happen to be Magnetic Grey.

These are trucks of guys on this forum. I think the Grey holds up pretty well considering how dirty these trucks are getting on this trip:

Consider Weather Tech mats front and rear. Will you leave 3rd row seats in or take out? If out you can get custom made second row back to tail gate carpet cargo floor mat. Covers seat floor attachment "holes" creating nice and cargo area. Roof rack is a must.

Thank you, MoneyMan; will likely hold out for a set of Weathertechs. Still not available for 2016, though, judging by the site. Haven't made a call on the third row yet, but I like your idea. Thanks again!

Better give some photo cred to @kreiten for those incredible shots. :)

Yeah, that magnetic grey is really sharp. Going to trust my instincts. Markuson, those are some great looking Cruisers.

Thanks Katkon; glad it's not just me. Silver is a beautiful color. Almost can't go wrong with any of the paint options, but always want the "right" answer, even if there is none.

Care to compare notes regularly over the next few months? Pretty cool we are both ordering from the factory around the same time; might also help future buyers to have a detailed log on record. The whole experience -- ordering, building, shipping, delivering -- from both our perspectives.

Either one looks super nice, but if the hot sun is a huge factor for you...I agree that Silver will definitely stay cooler to the touch. No comparison, in fact. I'm sure I'd have been happy with Silver this time around as well. Can't go wrong with either one, in my view.

Awww... Sorry! I've gotten so used to his photos that I just assumed everyone knew! Good call. Sorry Kreiten!!

Ya... He had already "liked" the post... but I do think it's good to credit photos. :)

I keep finding so many sweet cruiser pictures here that I finally made a folder on my computer for them. I open them up constantly as I think about building my 200 up like my old 100... Some great guys and great stuff here on this forum.

Oh, I'm afraid I'm not ordering from the factory. Apologies if I gave you that impression. I was planning on picking one up from a local dealer. There seems to be quite a large inventory in my area (nearest dealer has at least three 16s and two 15s) so ordering isn't necessary.

My bad Katkon; not sure how I got that idea. Well lucky you for getting your LC a lot sooner than I will. Tempted to check the TX inventory now, although couldn't do that to my dealer in good conscience. Test driving tomorrow. Expect he will try to sell me the silver one he's been driving.

Ordered my LC today; final build:

Magnetic grey
Terra leather
Factory wheel locks
Remote starter

For some reason, the SET build sheet didn't even have the glass break sensor option listed. It also listed the transmission as 6-speed. Do you think it's worth following up with the dealer about?

Now repeat after me:

"Hi. My name is __(Your Name Here)__, and I'm a Cruiser-holic."
