I just wanted to post up a quick thanks to those that helped me out with my drowned Cherokee yesterday (yes, a total bonehead move on my part) near your camp on Deer Valley Trail. I think it was Jake (hopefully I remembered the name right) that pulled me out of the creek and all the way back to Blue Lake. You have no idea how much I appreciated it!
I know a few of you took some pictures and someone took a movie of me be being winched out. If it's not too much trouble, would like to get some of them. You can email to phil@pacificventures.net. If the movie is too big to email, I can give an link to upload to.

up and over the Pacfic Crest Trail with truck and then hiked up to the crumbled granite peak just off the trail near the summit and had an incredbile view 360 degrees. Enjoy the pics, you may see someone you know..
