So far mileage around town has been about the same 10-12 MPG depending. I'm using a lot of throttle too :D I want to get it out on a longer road trip to see how it is on the highway.

So far I've only seen a max of 5.4 PSI on my gauge and Travis says I should get a full 6 PSI based on the calculator. It's probably a restriction with my intake tube. I did what @Wadepat2 suggested and removed the lower section of the airbox. I used some big zip-ties to keep the air filter in place and did some pulls. It didn't increase the boost PSI at all, however, so if there is a restriction it's in the crossover tube itself. That was also with the bigger pulley I haven't tried it with the new one yet.
Any update on how this is running for you now? Considering this option for the petrol engine 100 series
 
Yeah I just added the bungs to the rear exit of the cat.

It's just been running awesome. Still running the 75mm pulley and E85. Closing in on 50k miles since the blower was installed and I haven't done anything since except empty the catch can and clean the throttle body once or twice. It just runs absolutely perfectly. I was driving it today after not driving it for a week and it was very satisfying to feel the torque and snappy transmission shifts combined with the amazing LX470 steering and AHC set to sport.

I have been working on other peoples' project cars not my own but I have been getting ready to pull the blower and change the supercharger oil and install an intake air temp sensor after the intercooler. I have also been thinking of installing a Lexus RC F throttle body which is 83mm and 2UZ is 75 or 76mm. It plugs and plays but might need ECU programming to deal with a larger intake tube around the MAF. Not sure if it's worth it, the TB itself is $700. My TB started acting weird last winter around 0F or colder, so if it gives me more crap this winter it might be a good enough excuse.

I also have an LRA 40 gallon fuel tank and new Deatschwerks fuel pump to put in which I have been waiting for a good moment to do and hopefully that will be soon.

On the air temp sensor, the ports under the intake clash on the cooling lines. I ended up tapping a location in the runner on the drivers side before the injector. I used a RIFE fast acting iat.

I can't tell you how it works because I got busy with a new house and have not finished it but that's what I did.

Dude your truck is awesome, I just checked out your thread. Looking forward to seeing that thing running.

Thanks for the tip, I'll figure it out. I got a Speedhut IAT gauge that's really nice, not sure where I'll even put it though.
 
I pulled my SC and did some other maintenance over the weekend. Discovered I have had a pretty bad boost leak for awhile now. At least 3 cylinders had the gasket bulge out from under the shim. Pro-tip, if you put this blower on a VVTI engine, do not use the OEM VVTI intake gaskets. I reinstalled with Fel-Pro one piece gaskets.

Problem solved. Boost went from 5.5 psi to 7.4 psi. I've been suspicious about this for awhile but didn't have time to fix it until now.

I also changed the SC oil. It has about 50k miles on it, oil looked new. No point in changing it until 100k miles driven or more probably.

Also added my IAT sensor. It fit just fine in the port under the blower. Using Speedhut sensor and gauge.

Also replaced my throttle body, been having issues with it sticking when very cold and it's original to the vehicle (320k).

New Gates green belt.

My driver's door lock and speaker were not working. I replaced the locking module but still didn't work. Pulled apart the harness and found two broken wires. Fixed them and now speaker and door locks are working!

Lastly, I replaced the sway bar bushings and hardware all the way around. Love Cruiser Outfitters for making it easy to get all the parts. Really surprised at how the truck rides and drives now, much better. I have new front suspension bushings etc to install later.

Dude, this build is so cool and I aspire to get mine to this point one day! Out of curiosity, most Supercharger sellers note that it's not EPA compliant on their websites; have you ever had any issues with emissions testing?

No in fact my truck has always passed the roadside emissions sniffers since I bought it in 2018. I've never had to bring it in to get emissions tested. The roadside tests are much more strict than the rolling roads so it must be running clean. That's why I have never modified the ECU with any tunes or anything.

Did you think about using something like this to monitor AFR, +boost, + whatever ? Not sure I'll have a good spot for guages, this might be a decent solution, could probably 3D print a scanguage like holder for it.

Not to get to far off topic, I followed J1000 lead and did the supercharger on my 100 series , now 40k miles later still going. At 421,000 miles oil consumption is around 1 qt per 4000 miles and time to change it. Far as gauges I did a tempo removable solution and it has worked for 40k miles…

Did AFR Wideband off left exhaust / now heeder without 3 inch exhaust, and boost vacuume gauge.
In pods back to back taped to my center shifter console. Ran wires through remove cigarette lighter opening.

I believe ben3d has posted and overhead mount that goes where the sunglass/garage door opener holder goes that has space a for an AEM boost/AFR gauge.

That looks like a cool all in one gauge setup. I've not used that but I've used other Zeitronix stuff before and it's good stuff. All made in the USA too which is awesome.

The most important gauge to me is the AFR wideband. Can get most everything else using Torque on my phone. Boost gauge is a good thing to have to diagnose boost problems like a slipping belt.

Hell yeah! You've been driving your truck a ton. That's awesome. Would love to see an acceleration video of it. My truck still doesn't consume any oil at all. My catch can fills up in the colder months of the year every few thousand miles but stays pretty dry in summer. I can go 6,000 miles on an oil change and not see any change on the dip stick. I rolled over 320,000 miles a month or two ago. The 2UZ is an amazing engine.
