You could be having an issue similar to what's mentioned in the above thread
I kinda think the same at first place, but I tried another parts before, it could read, but just the parts not compatible, but this parts is just not read at all

My tech said right now the computer shows no communication to the new installed mod, so he think the part might have defect inside

That is what tech ask me to replace the entire 47050-60042

Also this is the picture of the part I received from toyota, right now it's kind a s*** show, my tech did not check very careful for the part, and the resorvoir looks different than what should be like, I assume there's risk that toyota send a wrong part to me and trying to cover their fault

The picture looks okay. But reservoir "may" be overfilled. Check it. Read what it states, on reservoir. On how to set level.

So did you have any braking issues? What? Is that why you took into a shop?
Or
Brakes worked as they should. But, dash warning lights, came on. So you brought into shop?

Thanks for replying

So here is the full story:

the issue cames out first as one day I start car and ABS, VSC, Brake light and all other related lights on for 3 seconds, and buzzing noise, then it suddenly turned off as I restart the car.

a week later, I have compeletly lost brake on high way, I have to step brake pedal all the way to gain a little bit of brake to stop the car, and all lights on, with constantly buzzing/beeping screaming.

I took it to the tech, he diagnosed and told me ABS Module are dead, so he provide me with the part number 47050-60042 ask me if I can find parts myself, because if he ordered, the vendor charges like $2500.

so I was uneducated regard this part or vendor, I bought cheap refurbish parts with part number 60041, he insatlled, tested, all good, but the light come back everytime after 10 minutes drive and the brake will be locked up, so I ordered this part from Toyota delaership.

He installed, the light is alway on, he try to use computer to scan and clear the light, but turns out the computer says no communication to the part, so he doubt either Toyota send out wrong part or this is a defect part, he checked wiring, and other might cause the light but they are all works well.

The previous part 60041 is able to read via computer or clear the code, but the 60042 just show no communication which can not get in and wipe out code/light

Thanks

That looks like the right part, I just installed the same one into mine a few days ago. (loss of pressure and warning lights with loud alarm) The part number on the reservoir is irrelevant. Seems that your tech might have misdiagnosed the original concern. Did you read through the link leeveguy sent? Specifically the part on lack of communication.

Edit: If you plug the old brake master cylinder in, does it communicate? Double checked all connectors are fully seated?

Yes I did, I also shared this with my tech.

However, my tech said the first part (Cheap one) does read, but the second part does no communication/read so he assume the parts is defect instead of the car ECU, he and his man has been working on the car for couple days for this issue, so I assume he might still doubt the parts defect instead of other issue

I really don't know what to tell you, as to why can't connect.

  • Perhaps brake CPU is unplugged. Which I just let hang, with wires attached. While R&R brake master.
  • I also start job, by disconnecting battery. Which I do with any service where I'll touch a wire. This is to insure, I don't firm a CPU, blow a fuse or cook a wire.
  • Perhaps issue with their reader.

Where it is possible to get a defective parts (master). It's highly unlikely. Toyota standard, are very high. But, I have seen, bad parts returned as good and parts department not check at time of return.
You have a 1 year warranty on Toyota parts. If your INDY shop can't find out why, "no communication". Take to a "good" Toyota/Lexus Dealership.
  • If they find INDY shop at fault. INDY will likely take care of your cost.
  • If they find defective master. It may be a cost to you, for diagnosing.

Keep in mind. Labor is not warrantied, only parts are. But some Dealership, will ask Toyota customer care to step in.

Next step I would like to bring the car to Toyota/lexus dealership for check, but I have contact the place where they sell me parts.

They denied all responsibility and refuse to have further talk. because they said parts for Toyota not for Lexus and for lc100 and not for 470

Pain in the ass
