I'm selling mine from Vero Beach, Fl for $US 11,000 with following:

-160k miles
-clean, non-smoker
-extensive service records available from Lexus.
-new fluids after move to Florida (prev. owner did at 118k and I did at around 150k ish)
-new radiator and radiator hoses
-AHC delete (some parts still attached)
-OME 2" kit
-Borla exhaust
-TRD wheels
-HID lights
-Bluetooth sound/phone

If keeping, I would only freshen up the black paint again (looks like it has been done already once but not sure how long ago)

As can be seen, the patch on driver's seat has held up perfectly for the 3 years I've owned it.

Lexus website offers full history of service since car was mostly serviced there through much of its life, including timing belt.

Toyota Vero Beach performed the full fluid job (transmission, transfer, diffs, brakes, coolant, and power steering) as well as the recent new radiator and top/bottom hoses. All work has been done as a preventative measure.
