Parts acquired, hopefully the 200 will be off life support soon. Had to bring @Onur into the hunt to track down the needed relay.

In hopes of scoring a set of the Slee Step Sliders I went a head and ordered the AHC protection pieces. I hope I didn't jynx it. No pun intended. @jynx HA.

Yeah, she got a "false flag" email a couple weeks ago and got a set ordered, only to have Slee send out an email saying there was error and they didn't actually have any right now. I think they have some due in in October

Trying to learn about the AHC trick. I found a link to a pretty good thread in the 100 series forum and a rambling 24 page thread in the 200 series forum, which linked to the 100 series thread. I get the jist is to adjust where the links attach on the suspension. But do any of you know of a good "how-to" thread. Or is it that simple that you jsut tweak the connections til you get what your after?

Thanks

It’s really as simple as adjusting the suspension sensors. One at each front wheel and (on the 100 at least) one in the center of the rear axle.

My experience w the 100 was the higher you went the worse the ride and handling got. I would stay minimal.

I haven’t done it or seen it done on a 200 yet.

I think @Bomar maybe has.

I have adjusted on our 200 they day after I got it and running 285/60/20 Ridge Grapplers.

Zero effects not like 100 series where adjusting t bars and spring spacers in rear.

No tire wear issues

Still high and super high when needed

I would stick with 275/60/20. I went against my own rule and listened to someone I shouldn’t have.

I run spacers from not rubbing UCA.

Don’t over think it. Do it and move on.

Have done it to several new LXs for clients over the years.

What size spacers you run?

Slees spidertrax...

But like I said if I had stayed to the correct size and not push the limits I wouldn't have needed them.

When these tires are worn I am going back to 275/60/20 and ditch the spacers.

I hope Nitto has made the Recon in that size by the time I am ready. If they had that size now I would have swapped them.

Keeping the tires under the wheel wells keeps the tire noise down a bit as well.
